Seeing as you're able to type and think clearly, I think it's safe to say that you haven't had a stroke. However, you are having some physical problems which, possibly, could be due to stress and imaging what could be happening to you. Stop, take a deep breath and call your doctor or talk to your pharmacist. Yes, pharmacists can be very helpful. Take care of yourself!
