There are different reasons for a heart attack, but, basically, your heart goes into arrhythmia (uneven heart beats), and/or becomes too rapid, and the doctors have to stabilize it again. But that is just a couple of things that can happen, there are others.
Symptoms can include excessive sweating, shortness of breath, pain going down EITHER arm starting in shoulder, pain going to jawline, headache, faint feeling, and many others. Sometimes there are no symptoms at all, you can just drop dead.
