I am also 22 and have mitral valve prolapse. I was diagnosed about 2 years ago and I experience chest pains as well at times. I was also just reading that another symptom of mvp is headaches. It is a generally benign problem, but just annoying with the symptoms I have like fatigue (I’m get tired too much) shortness of breath, heart flutters, and occassional chest pain. You should go to the doctor.
