What Are Symptom’s Of A Heart Attack?

ok so my husband earlier today said he was having some chest pains with pressure something he’s never had before and im freaking out now. are those heart attack symptom’s? what else do you guys think it could be besides that. someone answer quick please cause im very scared!

Pressure and/or sharp pains in the chest. Often described as heavy pressure (” I feel like an elephant is sitting on my chest” ). Also, pain in left arm, dizziness and nausea can occur. Heavy sweating often occurs as well.
Important, to take one aspirin before going to ER; it thins blood, and can help resolve blockage, and can save lives.
Above all, call 911 and see what they suggest.

Symptoms of IHD are chest tightness called Angina Pectoris, breathlessness and hypotension, sometimes severe. regrding heart attack called MI, severe acute sudden sharp pain like elephant foot on chest which may be followed by loss of consiousness. immediate medical treatment is must.
as for angina, sublingual nitroglycerine is prescribed to reduce pain within 30 seconds. Enteric coated Aspirin is prescribed as a prophylaxis in risky patients.

Well my mum had a heart attack and she had chest pains, dizziness, feeling light headed and sick. This was sometime ago and my dad had to pick her up (she was walking the dog) and we went to the doctors office and had the heart attack there. Was horrible to watch… i’d say get him down to the doctors/emergency room now just in case… but if he was complaining of pains a few hours ago i doubt he’s going to have a heart attack, my mums happened about 10-20minuets after saying she felt wrong.

Heart Attack : What to look for
uncomfortable pressure . squeezing, fujllness or dull pain in the chest or upper abdomen
Pain in the shoulders, arms, neck, or jaw
Shortness of breath-difficulty breathing
Rapid heart rate
sweating with nausea or vomiting
Weak
Pale

there are really lots of different symptoms but here’s the usual…
chest discomfort, more of heaviness on the chest
the pain cannot be pinpointed on the chest with one finger
may radiate to the jaw or the left arm
feeling of chest tightness, hard to breathe..
sweating a lot, even if the weather’s not really hot
it can be angina (can lead to heart attack) so better have him check with your doctor, have an ecg, labs, etc…
to be sure…
but IMPORTANT: DONT PANIC…
