Have been chronically fatigued for last 9 mnths 0 energy all day. Totally stressed bout kidney pain for last 5 yrs every morning pain till pass urine (pass with little pressure) docs no answers as to why i have pain. Has stress caused chs pain and other symtoms? Also if i was having heart attack would i have chest pain for this long 2mnths or do heart attack probs not occour over that lenght of time but rather over few days of pain then cardiac arrest?
