omgggg i dont no what just happened to me. i was sitting watching tv and i begin to feel my heart race abnormally fast, i begin to shiver and shake and i felt my arms dragging me down and i had no control of my body…i felt weakness and tingling n my arms, hand and feet.
i was shaking so much i couldn’t control my self i felt like i had no power or control of my body. like something else was controlling me.
the symtoms i felt were
Weakness/tingling in my arms, hands and feet, ‘Electric shock’ feelings, Shaking and shivering , Racing heart, shortness of breath, Headaches and feelings of having a ‘tight band around head and other things.. the feelings lasted for about 10 secoreally i goTemperature hot tempreature.. i panicked and i felt like fainting…
i was soo shocked and scared i begin to cry! i felt like i had no control of my actions. i felt an abdominal discomfort and i’m still not over it.
this happened about half an hour a go..
i cant believe what happened to me, i really cant..
i have been so depressed lately and i thanxietys was an anixety attack what else could this be?
my heart was beating so fast i felt like it was going to pop out my chest.

NO, I DONT THINK THAT I HAVE HAD ONE!!!!! I just have an unusual intrest in health care ( i plan on being a nurse). I know that sometimes, Myocardial Infarctions (heart attacks) can happen without any symptoms, but in my CPR class, the symtoms sounded like they would take a toll on the body, pain-wise. so, if u do have a heart attack in ur sleep, wouldnt u wake up when u started to loose blood and have chest pressure. like in sleep apnea, when ur brain starts loosing oxygen, u wake up. so, is it the same with heart attacks? just curious

today i was feeling sick well i have gotten over the flu and havent eaten in a few days and loss some weight that im trying to gain back.
I have this pain not in the center of my chest but right of it. kinda comes and goes.
should i be worried.
and like i was in bed for a few minutes my chest got all tight
Im not sweating no pain in my left arm or anywhere else just my chest.
help me
last time i did this i called the rescue squad for the wrong reason i dont want them to have to come again for nothing this time
