omgggg i dont no what just happened to me. i was sitting watching tv and i begin to feel my heart race abnormally fast, i begin to shiver and shake and i felt my arms dragging me down and i had no control of my body…i felt weakness and tingling n my arms, hand and feet.
i was shaking so much i couldn’t control my self i felt like i had no power or control of my body. like something else was controlling me.
the symtoms i felt were
Weakness/tingling in my arms, hands and feet, ‘Electric shock’ feelings, Shaking and shivering , Racing heart, shortness of breath, Headaches and feelings of having a ‘tight band around head and other things.. the feelings lasted for about 10 secoreally i goTemperature hot tempreature.. i panicked and i felt like fainting…
i was soo shocked and scared i begin to cry! i felt like i had no control of my actions. i felt an abdominal discomfort and i’m still not over it.
this happened about half an hour a go..
i cant believe what happened to me, i really cant..
i have been so depressed lately and i thanxietys was an anixety attack what else could this be?
my heart was beating so fast i felt like it was going to pop out my chest.

ok im 17 and have anxiety i have always been a worrier. The thing that keeps anxiety stuck on my all day is my over-breathing its a problem where you breathe manually instead of automatically because your obsessed by it. The only time i seem to breathe automatically is when im playing xbox or doing something fun so my minds of it. My anxiety real bad so i got bad cheast pains exactly in heart area so what do i think Heart Attack started researching it and it made it worse because i had all the symtoms anyways i got heart checked about 50 time never a problem he said i am very fit actually and i have just done about every heart test possible. My anxiety still makes me believe im having a heart attack though its a bytch. I havnt been able to sleep cause im freakin out and i cant breathe throughmy nose sicne its so stuffed full of sumthin i hav bad sinus.it all just adds up making it worse. Always sweating in handsfrom anxiety its just annoying. it has my heart racing all the time aswell. So i was scared to exercise cause of the racey heart but i just found out that if you have anxiety you MUST exercise as it releases that adrenaline build up and stress. I heard to try yoga aswell. Now i always here people saying you cant die of anxiety but i was reading this thing on internet(never do this people never look on interet about problems you not sure of because it makes anxiety worse just see a doctor). now back to the part were i was saying how ppl say you cant die of anxiety i was reading that you can as it stresses out your heart so much you get heart failure i think from all the adrenaline or sumthin i think it was called a broken heart usually provoked by emotional issues like deaths and such but seeing that it said adrenaline and anxiety gives adrenaline really had me freaked out i still am i havnt slept fo ages. Please help i have my first appointtment with phycatrist or phsycologist i dono what there called on the 27th i think so thats in 2 weeks. i need something to help me in the mean time does exercise really help. and will i die that thing really has me freaked out.

Okay so. I was on Yaz birth control pills for a little over a year (I stopped taking them about a month ago.) I know about the big lawsuit they’re in and how so many young girls have suffered from strokes and blood clots from taking yaz. Well recently I’ve been having a few symptoms of a stroke. Like my left arm (especially at night) is super weak to the point that I can’t even pick up anything because my grip isn’t strong enough. And I’ve been having extreme chest pains and my jaw on the right side has been hurting me constantly. I’ve read that all these could be symtoms of a stroke or heart attack and considering I had been taking yaz (plus I smoke..i know i know) I had been super worried about it.
Do you think this is all in my head? Could these symptoms not be linked at all? And if I was having a stroke or heart attack, wouldn’t I have already known by now or can it take several days or weeks?
Please please help. I’m seriously worried about it.

i had bullimia about three years back, last year it got really bad too, i dont have it now though…

ive developed a problem that is undiagnosable, all the heart monitors and brain scans in the world couldnt help. i think i may have an iddea..
this is what happens to me

i get really dizzy and everything goes black, then ill fall on my face(nearly broke my nose once, and nearly died in the shower) or fall back onto the bed or chair (ehwerever i am) and my eyes will roll back and i will not be able to hear anything really… then i start to shake sort of like a seizure… HOWEVER…
after dealing with this for like two years, whewre it got to the point of it occuring up to 15 times a day, then i decided to video myself.
i thought i was shaking uncontrollably, like a serizure, but in the video i was laying still and starring into space, and like holding my head and saying”aww”
i dont understand it, but i know bullimia can cause heart problems, brain problems and seiuzures. the only thing i know for sure is that they arent seizures.
its like a blackout. but i dont fall unconcious.
they can last for up to 5 seconds to 30 seconds, i just lay there and its like my brain shuts down. i sometimes dont remmeber what i did before it, or what happened during it, like one time i got up and walked over across the room ,and couldnt figure out how. once i fell on my exercise bike, bruising and swelling my neck and i couldnt remmeber how i fell on it like that…
PLEASE the doctors cant help me, sometimes when i strewtch this happends too. what is wrong and do any of you suffer this?
it makes me feel so relaxed and calmed once its over, i googled it once and someone compared it to being ‘possesed by the deil’ which is crazy lol
anway thanks for listaning, i realy am scardd im going to have a heart attack because my heart puplitates so fast during and after the blackout, and sometimes my brain thuds in pain.

Question 1: A 48 years old mother of 7 children is complaining of aching pains in her legs, which she reports is getting progressively worse since the birth of her last child and gaining 15 kg in weight. i have been having trouble brething sence last tuesday wen i got two sharp pains under my left brest i have also been haveing pains in my rite arm and sholder blade sence then..i am very worried could i be having pre heart attack symtoms or wat…i am 14 and weigh 242 pounds help me i am really worried…no one believes me i want them to but they dont should i go see a doctor..

i am sorta worried. yesterday, and the day before, my heart was acctually hurting. it felt like something was crushing it and i was having a hard time getting air into my body. i am going to see a doctor monday, but idk if i should see a doctor. i mean it hasnt hurt at all today. it may tomorrow, but idk if anything is really wrong with me. i have been really weak and dizzy today. but i just got back from a party and i feel awsome. i have been told i need to eat more protein and get more liquids in my body. do you think i have the symtoms of a heart attack coming, like my heart pain goes on and off. or idk, a disease, staff infection spreaded to my heart. my mom was thinking about the staff infection idea. because when i do bear crawls in athletics, i loose layers of sking and get bacteria insid of my body, and loose like one layer of skin everyday, and she says that i may have staff infection because of that. idk, to many things it could be. please help me! thanx =)
