Can this feel like a panic attack or that you are really dizzy and high with your heart beating really fast? Last Night I think I almost had a heart attack after eating sweets, it was so scary and i was so weak all day, then I think it’s my imagination and get a craving for sweets and it starts again..I can feel my vision blurring and my head hurting right now …How can I stop this? I have been made to feel that this is all in my head but the symtoms happen every time and are getting worse….I don’t want to go to the doctor and have my test come out okay, I’ll feel like an idiot and then that will confirm it’s all in my head, but if I don’t do something i’m afraid i’ll die.But i can’t stand doctors and I am so stubborn.so what now? Also what was the scariest thing that ever happened to you when your sugar went too low or too high?

chest is like a weight on it being crushed have had numbness dizziness faintness all last 2 mnths. Have been chronically fatigued for last 9 mnths 0 energy all day. Totally stressed bout kidney pain for last 5 yrs every morning pain till pass urine (pass with little pressure) docs no answers as to why i have pain. Has stress caused chs pain and other symtoms? Also if i was having heart attack would i have chest pain for this long 2mnths or do heart attack probs not occour over that lenght of time but rather over few days of pain then cardiac arrest?

Okay so. I was on Yaz birth control pills for a little over a year (I stopped taking them about a month ago.) I know about the big lawsuit they’re in and how so many young girls have suffered from strokes and blood clots from taking yaz. Well recently I’ve been having a few symptoms of a stroke. Like my left arm (especially at night) is super weak to the point that I can’t even pick up anything because my grip isn’t strong enough. And I’ve been having extreme chest pains and my jaw on the right side has been hurting me constantly. I’ve read that all these could be symtoms of a stroke or heart attack and considering I had been taking yaz (plus I smoke..i know i know) I had been super worried about it.
Do you think this is all in my head? Could these symptoms not be linked at all? And if I was having a stroke or heart attack, wouldn’t I have already known by now or can it take several days or weeks?
Please please help. I’m seriously worried about it.

the pain is more like a discomfort inmy chest back neck and left arm i have been having it for the past week and i also have a shortness of breathing and my heart has irregular beats like fluttering and i dont know whats wrong i ask my friends and they say i could have a heart attack cause they are symtoms i cant sleep for it i am going to the doctors if it gets any worse does any one have any ideas what it is and could i have a heart attack even tho there isnt anything up with my heart from when i was a child

For the last couple of weeks the achs and pains I’m getting in my chest, arms, and neck is becoming more regular. I do have acid reflux and I am not sure if its gas or symtoms of a heart attack. Now its starting to keep me awake at night. I have been to the doctor before and they found nothing. Its very confusing wondering whether its gas or not!!!!!!

Its taking over my life,like one day I think Im having a heart attack,stroke.last week i went in for another cat scan on my head,and they did a ECG on my heart,Dr. said it was all fine,now I feel like I have the flu,and there are some cases of people in my area with West Nile.Im about ready to lose my boyfriend who I live with,because its getting where I cant function,and Drs cant really find anything wrong with me,other tahn the cyst on my pineal gland,Im at the end of my rope,any suggestions..how can I control this/

My middle chest area has been tight the last 3 days or so , if i sit for long my feet go numb ( start tingiling) and have been really tired latley all i want to do is sleep. Am i having heart attack symptoms/? My back has also started hurting a little bit but it just started. Anyone have any advice for me?

How do I know if I am having a heart attack?

You may be having a heart attack if you feel any of these symptoms:

?Chest discomfort or pain which lasts
longer than 5 minutes AND is not
relieved by rest or nitroglycerin AND
feels like:
• pressure
• tightness
• squeezing
• crushing
• intense burning
• aching

In addition to the symptoms above,
you may also have:
? pain radiating to your:
• back
• shoulder
• neck
• jaw/teeth
• arm
• wrist
? shortness of breath
? dizziness
? fainting
? nausea (feeling sick to your stomach)
? vomiting (throwing up)
? unusual weakness
? rapid and/or irregular heartbeat
? sense of impending (coming) doom

DON’T DELAY!
If you are having a heart attack, getting medical attention right away can save your life! Getting medical care within one hour of your heart attack can lower the amount of heart muscle damaged.

Your symptoms may come on gradually (slowly). They may be vague or intermittent (start and stop).
• If you have angina, your heart attack symptoms may feel like your angina, but your heart attack symptoms may be stronger or last longer.
• If you have had a heart attack before, it may feel the same or different.

What should I do?
1. Stop what you are doing.

2. Sit or lie down.

3. If your doctor has prescribed nitroglycerin for you, place one nitroglycerin tablet under your tongue. Let it dissolve. Do not chew or swallow the pill. If your symptoms are not relieved in 3–5 minutes by nitroglycerin and rest, call 911 emergency services before you call anyone else.*
While you wait for the ambulance, you can continue to put one nitroglycerin tablet under your tongue every 5 minutes until your symptoms are relieved or until the ambulance arrives. If you do not have your nitroglycerin with you, call 911 emergency services before you call anyone else.*

4. If your doctor has not prescribed nitroglycerin for you, call 911 emergency services before you call anyone else.*

5. Do not drive yourself.

6. If you are not already taking daily aspirin, chew one adult-strength (325mg), uncoated
aspirin tablet if you have it and if you are not allergic to aspirin.

i suffer from gastritis. and well sometimes i have chest pains but the doctor told me it was normal that its just heartburn. but sometimes the pain is so big so i get kind of scared that it might be a heart attack
so does anyone know the symtoms of having a heart attack or could explain it to me of how it might feel?

I am only 16 and keep getting these weird stabby and sharp pains in my chest were my sternum is and I have alot of trouble breathing. My arm are tingling. I know my family has a history of heart problems but are these symtoms of a heart attack or what is wrong with me?
