If u feel a panic attack coming on, you are really stressed, or just need help falling asleep, breathe by filling up your belly, rather that having your shoulders come up and down. This will help you get enough oxygen in your lungs, prevent a panic attack, and you wont feel light headed if you have enough oxygen in your brain. You should also talk to your doctor, because s/he doesn’t have to put you on meds, but you can talk about what you can do to prevent these feelings. Also s/he might recommend a psychiatrist to talk to.
GOod luck!

Your 15, a lot of your “symptoms” are just part of being 15. Unfortunately, there’s no curative for being a teenager. However, you might consider counseling to help you sort out your panic symptoms. You should also look into meditation, yoga, or tai-chi to help relieve some of your stress. You might also take a close look at your schedule and sort out if there are stressful things/activities in your life you can reduce to reduce your stress levels. Good Luck!

avoid caffeine completely, forever. take up yoga and do deep breathing to help you also. exersise everyday to get rid of built up stress and you can get natural pills for anxiety at the health food store especially for this. also, you have to start looking at your life in the ‘big picture’ instead of micro managing and analysing each and every little thing in your life.

You need to learn to control your thoughts in order to nip the anxiety in the bud.
All the physical and mental symptoms you describe stem off of one thing…your though patterns.
It sounds like you need a little lesson in a technique known as “Consecutive Thought Control”. Consecutive Thought Control is a strategy in which you monitor your thoughts, filtering out the bad ones from the good. Once you learn to focus only on the positive thoughts, you begin to have less and less negative ones, consequently resulting in fewer anxiety attacks.
This tutorial explains this strategy in an easy to understand, step by step way:http://www.stop-anxiety-panic-attack.com…
Have patience with yourself and keep finding new ways everyday to relax and decrease your anxiety. You’ll be fine in time and practice.
