Not always but if it lasts and you are worried I would have it checked out better safe then sorry.

Sometimes a nerve will get tapped just wrong, and give you that feeling. IF you arent having sweats, and pain isnt radiating up your arm, try a heat wrap overnight, with advil.

a womens heart attack is different than a mans heart attack.the symtoms can be anything for a women.If you smoke or even think its possible you are haveing a heart attack I should go to a doctor.

It could b many things..but I think most likely that the tingling mite be due to the nerves along ur carpel…I had a lot of tingling on my right hand, later it would hurt on my wrist and I couldnt write for a long time..turned out I had carpel tunnel syndrome..the best thing to do is restrict a lot of activity from that hand and wear a brace..hope u feel better soon and I hope it isnt anything serious.
