You may be having panic attacks with anxiety attacks as well. I suffered from “space out seizures” and have since been diagnosed with panic and anxiety attacks. Check with your doctor who can make a medical diagnosis and might give you medication to help. Don’t wait. The sooner you get help the better you will feel. I am now “siezure” free.

It sounds like you are having a seizure.
You need to go to the emergency room.

You should go and see a doctor. They will run some tests to determin exactly what is going on. By the sounds of it, it sounds like you might have epilepsy, but don’t go by what I say, get it checked out.

I have had a panic attack before, but this sounds more like a seizure to me. You need to consult your physician ASAP for a correct diagnosis and proper medication.

Sounds like a grand mal seizure or similar seizure. get to the doctor or hospital immediately if you’ve never been diagnosed with a seizure disorder. It is NOT a panic attack.

Please please please, GO TO THE DOCTOR! Doesn’t sound like panic attack, but why listen to people who do not have a medical background? See your doctor and get the facts. Take care lol
