Go to the emergency room if you have to. Please tell your parents. This sounds like a heart condition. Try to improve your diet. Avoid fast foods/bad fats, eat fish and chicken breasts. Take aspirin to thin your blood. Eat oatmeal and drink dark juices (grape, acai berry, and pomegranate). I'll pray for you. Go to a Dr. ASAP!
