Heart Attacks come all different ways. Some people have back pain, some chest pain, some pain in either arm..does not have to always be the left. You may have symptoms from the onset of the heart attack, like you body is realizing that thier is something wrong several days before it occurs. However, you may not have any symptoms at all. If you feel you may be having a heart attack the best thing to do it to go to the doctor and have it checked out. Only they can really tell if you are, since they can do the medical tests. I have seen people who have had the symptoms of a heart attack, and it was really a stroke. I have also seen the symptoms of a heart attack and it was indegestion. So go have it check out. If it is a massive heart attack, that is the only time that you would have that sudden onset of chest pain…and possibly fall to the ground…but sometimes those people don’t ever have a chance to tell you about the pain.
The pain in your wrist does not sound like a symptom for heart attacks and the popping in your neck is a little wierd too. What were you doing before the pain in your wrist started…either right before, hours before, or even earlier that day or the day before….anything different or out of routine?
Good Luck and I hope that everything is fine!!
