AND since you admit that it is related to sexual arrousal I am willing to bet the farm that it is indeed an anxiety issue...what you describe is classic for panic disorder. addendum: well there you are, if he did blood work, and it came back normal, then it is definitely not heart related, that would show up in the blood too.
