Burning In Top Left Chest, Racing Heart And Discomfort, Definitely Heart Attack Symptom?could It Be Something?

else? i had similar symptom two years ago and went to emergency room ( that visit costed me alot, have no insurance) and they checked everything, but they told me nothing was wrong and that could be stress or anxiety attack! I have these symptoms again for the last two days, what should i do? i’m worried because it started when i was subjected to something sensual and got aroused? is it definitely a heart problem? or could these symptoms be something else?

you don’t mention your age and that would be an important clue to your issues….since you were checked out the last time this happened and they found nothing, I very much doubt it is related to your heart. AND since you admit that it is related to sexual arrousal I am willing to bet the farm that it is indeed an anxiety issue…what you describe is classic for panic disorder.
addendum: well there you are, if he did blood work, and it came back normal, then it is definitely not heart related, that would show up in the blood too. You need to see a psychiatrist, a medical doctor with training in mental health issues….he can diagnose panic disorder and treat it appropriately.

Arrythmia based on adrenaline or traumatic and/or excitement stress. Calm down.
