my dad has been really cranky latly and he has fainted twice alredy he said he gets a pain on his chest and on his arm mostly on his left arm ….are these symptoms of a heart attack or stroke?

As per your statement he is having some cardiac problem, have him checked out in an ER. The earlier the better.

Stop waiting for answers on here and get you Dad sorted at the Hospital …………NOW
I lost my Dad because others faffed around and not contacting the ambulance quick enough as my Dad kept saying stop fussing about… I wished they did fuss about !!!

These are signs of a heart attack. He needs to be taken to the nearest medical facility immediately. Time is muscle.
