Am I Having A Possible Heart Attack>?

My middle chest area has been tight the last 3 days or so , if i sit for long my feet go numb ( start tingiling) and have been really tired latley all i want to do is sleep. Am i having heart attack symptoms/? My back has also started hurting a little bit but it just started. Anyone have any advice for me?

i would definately go to hospital for check up asap, i know someone who had these same symptoms, who kept going to their gp for weeks, even had an ecg at the surgery, which showed nothing up, 2 weeks later major heart attack, they are very lucky to be alive, so please get it checked out.
