Totally stressed bout kidney pain for last 5 yrs every morning pain till pass urine (pass with little pressure) docs no answers as to why i have pain. Has stress caused chs pain and other symtoms? Also if i was having heart attack would i have chest pain for this long 2mnths or do heart attack probs not occour over that lenght of time but rather over few days of pain then cardiac arrest?

if you were having a heart attack pain wouldn’t last 2 months. if the doctors can’t find anything wrong i would advise you take a second opinion. a member of my family had heart problems and the first doctor he went to told him it was stress. if he didn’t take a second opinion he would be dead.

usually passing kidney stones can reproduce high stress symptoms including chest pain that may not be cardiac related at all but nevertheless you should have an ECG although may be normal and a chest x-ray having discarded anything heart related, osteochondritis can be a probable diagnosis being something not to worry at all. But in the end my best bet is due to high levels of stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline highly realeased while passing kidney stones can be starting to affect other parts of your body causing chronic fatigue. By the way check your blood preassure, cholesterol levels as well.

Yes it seems it is all stress related , The pains you describe .. Kidney pains probably just nerves .. Try a mild sedative ,,, see if it makes a difference , If your heart you would be really ill by now .. see a GP . try to analyse where your stress is coming from ,,, Is a change of lifestyle required ?? I had pains in upper abdomen for years … Hospital tests showed nothing … Had a panic attack and doc put me on a tranquiliser , serenace . for a fortnight ,,, stopped the anxiety but also the tummy pain too . so proved it was just a nerve ,,

heart attack does not always include cardiac arrest… chest pain can be ongoing due to damage of the heart muscle, not an occluded blood vessel. Don’t ignore chest pain, see the doc and get it checked out.
