Hi there I may have something which could help, it is called XanGo please check it out. Below is an extract from the mangosteen desk reference by Dr Kenneth Finsand.
Cardiovascular Disease:
"CV Disease is the number one disease in america today. In fact, if you took the top eight leading causes of death including cancer and combined them, CV disease is still number 1. Elevation of the adrenal stress hormone cortisol makes atherosclerosis even more dangerous.
There have been numerous studies showing that the amalgam filling in teeth can do more harm to CV health than once believed. It can contribute to high blood pressure, abnormal heart rate, angina, and other CV ailments. Xanthones of the Garcinia Manostana are believed to be a good heavy metal detoxifier and thus help to fight off the bad effects of mercury due to amalgam fillings.
Oxidative stress may be important in the development of coronary artery disease because the heart, in contrast to the liver or lung, is relatively poorly defended against it.
It appears that amino acid defiencies are closely related to CV disease. A low level of taurine, for instance is associated with magnesium, known as natural channel blocker. Diminiashed tauraine is associated with CV disease.
Fatty acids are known to be a good indicator of CV health, especially when related to atherosclerosis. Inflammatory responses in the body, often associated with fatty acids, indicate the dietary health of an individual, Because xanthones are such a powerful anti-inflammatory, Mangosteen may work well to counteract the deleterious affects of fatty acid imbalances. Certain signs and symptoms give insight into some consistent CV disease mechanisms such as inflammation, a build up of fatty deposits, the function and integrity of the endothelium (inner layer of cells lining the blood vessel walls), glucose/ insulin response, blood clotting function, and other important factors. High levels of the amino acid homocysteine, for example, have been correlated with mechanisms related to artery damage and blood clotting.
Mangosteen balances the liver, which is directly related to homocysteine imbalances in the CV system. Any time a leaky gut is accomanied by a liver imbalance, it will cause amino acid deficiences. In the case of taurine, the deficiency is related to CV disease; and this is the precise reason why we should all drink the Mangosteen beverage on a daily basis. People often think the juice is too good to be true, I know it seems that way, but in reality it simply improves many parts of the body's biochemistry.
Fibrinogen is a blood protein that the body utilizes for proper clotting to help prevent bleeding to death after injury. However of fibrinogen levels become too high from stress, obesity, inflammation, aging or other causes, this substance can play a key role in artery disease. Increasingly attention has been focused on the inflammation as a key factor in the development of heart disease.
Stress is a well known majoy contributing fact in CV disease. Many researchers have found that continuous stress causes damage to blood vessels.
Talk about stress! Stress can do damage almost immediately to the body whether it is emotional or physiological; stress is bad for us all and it aggravates symptoms of CV disease. Through the liver-amino acid connection, serotonin levels are affected and help to counter stress."
Recommended serving: Children: 1-3 oz per day and adults: 2 oz three times per day.
Please note that this is not medicine, it is an all natural supplement.

Right. Ignore the hippy.
that sounds pretty alarming. Really, you should see somebody in whichever country you are in.
I would definately hold off all strenuous exercise until you have seen a doctor. Heart attacks can happen to 18 year olds, normally because of an underlying condition that nobody knew about until they start having problems.
Normally central chest pain, crushing in nature, lasting over 30 mins is diagnostic for a heart attack. Referred pain to the left arm, back or jaw is further evidence. As is sweating/claminess, which is especially obvious in the palms of the hands.
If you want to protect yourself until you get home, take one aspirin, twice a day. As well as being a pain killer, aspirin stops the blood clotting so effectively, so it stops you getting a clot blocking your coronary arteries. It is standard medical care for people with cardiovascular disease.

Since your own doctor is away, I would suggest you get to emergency the next time you start to experience these symptoms. No point taking chances.
Check out http://www.smart-heart-living.com/heart_… for descriptions of heart attack symptoms.
Good luck!
